The campgrounds where I stay have angled pads and one way roads, so it's never been a problem for me.
However, at one campground, a group of families drove in the wrong way and parked their cars front-in. During about 6 hours, they drove out the wrong way at least 3 times. The ranger got called out and made them turn their cars around.
RVparks are different because they usually don't have the angled pads.
