Is a basic tow dolly like this: CL Ad all I need besides wiring, etc to tow a small, front wheel drive car? I guess what I am asking, is something basic like this sufficient for towing a small ...

Thanks! I will definitely get one with brakes... I am not necessarily looking at this one, just in general...Id like to get one for under $750 with brakes...
