Misleading to say the least.
That crossbar that the wheels are setting on, is not rigid to the main hitch. It swivels same as a turntable dolly.

The ACME? Isn't that the one that they say the vehicle front wheels steer it?
Yes, they even show a video of the vehicle steering wheel turning, although the wheels are tightly strapped down. I wonder what is being twisted under there to make the steering wheel turn.
Personally, I would not buy one. I would get the American tow dolly (http://www.americancardolly.com/) that has turntable steering, or the DEMCO that has king pin steering.
I would not buy ANY dolly that does not steer itself!
I know you are a smart man, so I think you just need to think about it a bit more. Consider this. You've seen the wreckers that have the hollow tow frame that they slip under the front tires of the towed car? They raise it up, unlock the steering and off they go. Can you picture how the car turns while following the tow truck? Same thing with the Acme dolly. Only less, because the dolly is taking up some of the turn on its own by virtue of the hitch connection to the MH.
