NO. Quite the contrary.
Wait....if you are coming down I-75 from Ohio, then you would be EAst of the mountains for a bit longer. And I think it is I-24 that goes through Chattanooga.
Although not the highest part, between Nashville and Chattanooga there are significant mountain grades.
But I-75 (or 24) is well engineered, in my opinion, and it should NOT be a problem for anything but the most underpowered rigs.
But to repeat some important cautions:
You should NOT go through Chattanooga during rush hours OR at night OR during heavy rain or fog. It is a tricky stretch or road no doubt but nothing to be afraid of......if you use a litte caution and common sense.
