I agree wholeheartedly that the best way to find a good solution is to listen to all sides. People have different perspectives, backgrounds and ways to address their problems and on that note I think the diversity of answers is excellent but it has to respectful of the other responders. Sometimes a responder makes a point but instead of giving supporting information on their point (good way) they either attack the OP or other responders (bad way). I am sure they may be well meaning but many times those types of post have people disregard or ignore the info or worst yet push people out of the forum. Opposing views can be respectful.
