No hurricanes this year !

Wasted tens of thousands on insurance, extended warranties. Maybe 4 claims in 46 years. That's houses, RV's, motorcycles & cars. I only carry insurance required by law now, but with high deductibles.

No floods either !
that is why the insurance policy cost so much

On the earth quake: How come we didn't feel the earth shake over here by Roan Mountain?
