There is no reason for this to happen. Several better options have already been offered, but if all else fails, and you can't use your on-board facilities in your camper, then wait until you get home to have him shower. If he's beginning to smell, use a hose and soap outside your camper while he wears a swim suit or shorts. NO ONE should be subjected to having someone of the opposite sex brought into the shower room, no matter what the reason.
