I think everyone is missing 1 point.
The original poster said looked to be 12 years old. He could have been younger.
This is not the end of the world. I would like to see how some would react to a real problem.
Call 911, you have to be kidding!!!!! Hopefully no one would respond to
the call, what a waste of tax payers dollars.
