Hy guys and thanks for your posts,
I still don't have an answer! If you look at my questions on the first post they are very straight forward questions and can certainly be answered on the open forum.
I also think it was great for Robyn to jump in as she did, good for her and everyone who's desire to give good customer service and get involved.
So its all good and if I can get an answer I will be a happy boy and right here on the forum is great with me.

PS. I;ve posed these same questions to Essex Credit, another company I understand does a lot of motorhome financing and have had no communication from them either... Maybe the finance folks just don't like talking. :D
