Norcold N611 do they have a defrost cycle or not

Noticed the temp seemed up in the fridge and freezer on electric Felt the stack outside in the compartment and it was cold Waited half hour and it’s warm like it’s heating Is it possible it was doi...

Yes there is a 'defrost' mode but is NOT a true defrost.
Cooling cycle is suspended for up to 2 hours every 48 to 54 hours if fridge runs continuously and allows the fins in food compartment to defrost any ice and drain
