I think we can all agree there needs to be clear cut regulations defining where the personal liberty of drone flying infringes on personal privacy of another and have a legal recourse when infringement occurs.
On he contrary. To fly any rc aircraft, plane, drone, quad helicopter that weights in over 1/2 lb has to have a Federal ID operators number affixed to the craft. The operator now has to pay a fee to get that number. Of course you can't see that number while flying, but if it crashes, the number had better be on the flying object.
