Dtank, the point needs to be made that if I were, for example, to take a race car in a trailer behind my RV to a race that had a trophy in some state, I would be "commercial" in that state. That would make me illegal. If I did the exactly identical thing in Ontario where my license was from, I would be 100% legal in every way. So your statement:

will no longer be true. Big change. Hence the need to discuss and explore this new rule.
