Had my buddy call and leave me a message on my cell with details of his possible endeavor...
I retrieved the voice mail and called him with MY input.. did not say to walk , just gave my honest opinion ( which was asked for).. I saw him the next day and he informed me that he was at the table ready to sign the deal when I called , he excused himself and we spoke..
He went back to the table got his wife and they left. He now is sitting with a GREAT looking new Jayco in his driveway with zero regrets.. Bottom line is that they have to want to listen.
