Hancocks Fabric which I think has a store in Hayden says they have it. Also JoAnn's says they have it and they have a location CDA.

Did you do a Google search for a much wider audience?

Amazon has them, some from Vermont country store.

Typing the phrase "Oil Cloth" into Google brings back several thousand hits. Hundreds of those are very promising... Just saying.
