One of my last campouts this fall, was at a large state park (just elec hookup). I was there all week, everything seemed normal, 25 or so units staying, some coming in, some leaving. I might add this park has over 400 black top RV pads.
Friday evening, the CG roads looked like freeways, until it filled up. I noticed many people walking by just using the restrooms, and showers. I had a nice older than me couple, camped a ways away, with a new 30' TT. They took many trips by just to use the facilities.
I told my wife, it's unusual to see so many people with large rigs, not using their own bathroom. I was just across the road from a nice comfort station, but prefer to use my own.
I road my bike up to the dump station Sat. afternoon, for a look see, as we'd be dumping Sun. morning, to head home. My bulb lit up, when I see there is only 2 dumps, for 400+ rigs, that will be leaving Sun. morn.
I knew I didn't want to be 55th in line Sun., so change of plans, we left Sat. evening. If I camped there for just the weekend, I would use the C stations too. There had to be at least 20 CSs in the 3 mile long CG.
