We like to step out of showers into a HOT AIR environment. You can't do this in campgroud showers.
When taking showers in our motorhome we turn on the propane furnace, and set it's temperature temporarily up to, say, 74 degrees for a few minutes to make sure we step out of the shower into warmth while drying off.
By the way when not showering, we always use electric heaters inside the RV when camping in hookup campgrounds - not the propane furnace. We conserve propane for use in cooking and running the refrigerator. Propane is too much hassle to refill to use anymore than absolutely necessary.
