That is exactly how they set up meth labs. Pay attention to whether anyone stays all night in the rv. If not, that is very likely what it is. The inside is gutted - no furniture etc. They are always very careful not to let anyone see inside either. Had one across from us before - someone will come several times a day to check it, but only stay a few minutes and never overnight.
