When we were weekenders, and on short, 1 week vacations, I never used the one in the coach.
We are on the road full time, and use it almost exclusively.
If we stop at a place that has nice, inexpensive machines ( less than $1.50 wash and $1.00 dry ),I will use those for the king size comforter, sheets, and small rugs.
Sound guy, we meet weekenders quite often that have monster rigs, with w/d hookups, or machines.
Huge 5th wheels, toy haulers and trailers seem to be the norm over the last couple years.
