After a long winter we are down to counting hours before we get on a plane & go wake up the RV from its hibernation.Move in day is Tuesday on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay. Checking the forecast they are predicting 29deg for Tuesday night.Say WHAT!!!!!I was out mowing grass today in 75 & blazing sun. Headed for 65 tonight. Lovely.What is going on 700 miles NW of here? What happened to spring?

And we are supposed to feel sorry for you how? LOLSpring sprung forward this year then fell back. She will be back soon. Throw another log on the fire and open another bottle of wine. Its all good!!!!

I swear the Phoenix, AZ area no longer has Spring, Fall, or Winter. In the past 12 months, all we have had is Summer and Simmer.

It's in Oregon this week. Watched the grandsons for ports soccer game today, sunny, 70 and thirst weather.

Spring is a myth. All we have anymore are short hot summer's and long cold winters. :(

We had 70 degrees on Thursday and they are calling for 1-3 inches of snow tomorrow then 2-4 on Monday. Got the yard cleaned up and the fertilized-the snow will help the fertilizer sink in.

Where Mike? We are coming to New England this summer and I would like to do some Trout fishing catch and release but would like to land some not just cast.

Nickerson Park family Campground This is a wonderful place up againist the Natchaug River. Many sites on the river and all sites are easy walking to the river. Lots of areas where the river pools up for catching trout. We do both fly & lure and have done well with both. CT DEP stocks river up stream of campground.

Now the bad news... Place gets fished out by mid June. best to book for mid April to mid May.

We've got it! Sunny days, temp got to 70F yesterday. We're at 48+ degrees north, just 50 miles from the border with Canada. I hope we get to keep it for a while.

Where is Spring you ask? Right here in the PNW. Came out of nowhere about a week ago. Went camping last weekend and it was cold, wet and miserable. The grass and weeds are suddenly going nuts on our acreage and now I gotta drag out the lawn tractor and the weed killer pdq and get on it. Pffft.

I wonder if we are going to get a long hot dry spell similar to last year?

HA! I knew if I poked the hornets nest they would come swarming out.

Headed for cold or not I have Rock Fever. Been stuck on 21 sq miles for 5 months. Really looking forward to getting on those silver birds tomorrow, even with that 5 hour layover in NY.

Pennsylvania: If you don't like the weather, just wait a day or two...it will change.

The whiteness of the snow makes the pinkness of the blooms "POP".

Would be much prettier if those winds yesterday hadn't blown off most of the flowers.
