Old Good Tires?
I bought and rv from 89 that was rarely used. Tires look like new. f78-15st st205/75d15. After all these years if well kept - would they have degraded in any way structurally?

The OP is...as think if they got enough 'sure you can', or 'no problem', etc...the
OP would have gone ahead and used those 26 year old tires to tow whatever or just
drive it without towing
