Observed this weekend...18 wheeler operator using a metal rod , strolled around his rig... whacked each tire. No TPMS, no digital tire pressure gauge. The man makes a living driving big rigs. Hm...

They might as well take that stick or ball peen hammer and whack the hood of their truck to see if it needs oil.
The only acceptable and reliable way to check tire pressure is by using a calibrated tire gauge at least once a week.
You may as well just take guesses at your TV's capacities - oh wait a minute... people do that too. Guess thats what experience buys you.
