Got anything to back this up? It would follow that any carpenter or roofer would be guilty of the same thing for having a hammer laying in the back seat. I guess taking the kids to little league could get you in trouble for having a baseball bat nearby.....
I call BS....
As a carpenter I always have 2 back up hammers under my seat, not to mention a breaker bar with a socket for lugnuts
