When trading in a car/truck/rv etc. The ONLY thing that's important is the DIFFERENCE between the two. Negotiations 101.....Dennis

I traded my 06 Bighorn on an 11 Bighorn. They excepted my offer which without the details was a VERY good deal. Never looked at my trade in, even after I brought it in. However, dealing is not my question. How did they get my phone number? Googled and I come up that it can't be done with an IP address.

The differance is the only thing that matters anyway.

"ChopperBill"....I know it can be tough RV shopping since there isn't a dealer on every corner. I'm sure if the dealer gave you a price on your trade and then you showed up with some beater, you would be right back here complaining that they didn't keep their word on the price. If they protected themselves and low balled the price in case it was a beater, you would be upset that they didn't give you what it was worth! Very RARELY will ANY RV dealer give you a trade in value on something they haven't seen. If they do, it's usually on something that is less than 18 months old. Too many variables on RV's.

This barrel has more than one bad apple. In my case the last three I have dealt with. Your conclusion is spurious, to say the very least. Question is how could they get my phone number?
