The explosion occurred at 5am, I can't see there being a shortage of parking spaces 2 hours before the store even opens
I also note the Class A left 2 spaces between it and the shopping buggy corral. Even if the TC only parked in a single slot I'd be surprised if anyone would try to get in the remaining space.
It's a WalMart, aren't they open 24/7 in BC, they are around here.
