Your 2009 Jayco is now 5 years old. Sounds like you have used your camper a lot during that time. I think your minor issues are just normal wear and tear on your camper. Considering these things did not unearth until 5 years after you purchased the camper, I think your camper is doing very well. These are not manufacturer defects.
Now the hole in the floor? Why did it take you 5 years to find it? I can understand the drain pipe hitting and the flexing issue. Still, it took 5 years for it to start leaking.
I think you have hit that point with your camper that some of us have experienced also. Just like an automobile, there's that point where a few things begin to fail ... all at the same time. Because they are minor and relatively easy to fix and not to expensive, you'll probably find you won't have any more issues for a while, then all of a sudden you'll encounter a few more fixes all about the same time. It seems like they run in cycles like that. Manufacture defect? No! Not after 5 years. It's just normal wear and tear.
However, when wear and tear become too much, then it's time to think about trading. (Just like with a car).
