Quality Control is non-existent in RV manufacturing. Manufacturers depend on the dealer to catch problems but the dealer doesn't want to spend the time doing the quality control the manufacturer didn't do.

First time I used the shower in our brand new rig, I pulled back the curtain to see a lake on the floor. Turned out the guy who installed the shower drain didn't bother to tighten the nut that held the trap to the drain. I made sure to go through the rest of the plumbing and check every fitting.
