Now the hole in the floor? Why did it take you 5 years to find it?
The hole was under the shower, beneath the heater duct that was behind plywood/luan that hid everything under the shower. If the drain hadn't leaked, I'd have no idea the hole was there.
Manufacture defect? No! Not after 5 years. It's just normal wear and tear.
The shower door was poor design and since Jayco stopped using it, that pretty much qualifies my statement. Not a manufacturer defect, just a piece of junk. :) The hole in the floor is definitely a manufacturer defect. There's no reason to cut a 6"x5" hole to run a 1" bundle of cable.
However, when wear and tear become too much, then it's time to think about trading. (Just like with a car).
I was seriously thinking about trading after the converter/charger went. I wasn't really venting or ranting, just posting the experience. It was actually good therapy to get it out!
