We did this 16 years ago but I understand you can now do it online now.
Also, everytime you order something you need to tell them not to put you on any mailing list and that goes for magazine subscription, too.
Eliminating junk mail can be done. When we have our mail forwarded by our forwarding service we certainly don't want to pay for those catalogs - although we miss not being able to pour through them!
