Status Update:
The company RayJayCo located is, evidently, a totally different company.
I found a phone number on my credit card record of the transaction, so I called it. I made contact with someone at the company, and he is looking into changing the delivery address right now. (He's actually at an airport somewhere and he is contacting his shipping person to look into it.) When he finds out whether or not the part has shipped, he will let me know.
I feel a lot better knowing that there is a real person behind this company and that I was able to talk with them.
