Take a look at the axle from directly in front or behind the RV by 30 feet or so. I bet it sags in the middle like a "U", or it could need an alignment. They bend and go out of alignment quite easily.
RV manufacturers are famous for installing axles that are just *BARELY* adequate for the load and they tend to sag over time.
