With only $20K, I'd think you'd be better off flippng cars or trucks since they have a much higher volume than on MHs.
Do you have any experience with MHs such as how they operate or in fixing what will probably be a lot of little things on a $20K MH?
Do you have expience fixing appliances - microwaves, refers, heaters, furnaces, power converters, cabinets, plumbing, toilets, sinks, electrical problems both 12V and 120 volt?
Can you work on it and store it at your house while trying to sell it?
What if you buy one and then find something that you can't fix yourself and then you have to pay an RV shop $100 to $125 and hour to work on it? What if you find it has a bad engine, transmission, refrigerator, etc. Can you cover the expenses? Is there a good MH repair shop near you?
If the tires and batteries are totaly shot, can you afford to put new ones on it?
If you can handle the above situations, I'd think you need to have at least $400K so you could afford several different styles and sizes of MHs.
I'm not saying you can't flip a $20K MH and make a profit, but have yoi thought of all of the above? Others will bring up points I've missed. I think you'd be better off flipping cars.
