For us it depends on the weekend.
In a campground with electric then it does not matter what order we do it in because the converter will replenish the batteries in no time after plugging in.
But if we are on a boondocking weekend we will leave the truck hooked up and running while setting up so the electric jacks and slides run off the truck as much as possible in an attempt to reserve as much trailer batteries as possible.
