It is not just a Ca. thing, it happens all over the country. Not everyone is fortunate to have a house lot big enough to store an RV on or be in a jurisdiction that allows it. I bet more than half of the RV's in Florida are stored offsite.
Not hard at all to understand, love RV'ing, can't park at home, store it somewhere else.
