Looks like the hours of actual work are closer to 20 per week, maybe less in the winter, but the site is worth a lot more than $330 per month, would seem that $500 per month is closer to the site value assuming that FHU is included. The pay then would come out to more like $6 per hour worked, still below minimum wage but considering that you're close to the ocean probably a good deal. And this is a volunteer position so hard to expect to have wages of a regular employee. Oregon parks are really nice places to work or to camp.
