Looking atmy weather app,it shows that most of the rain is going up the Oregon coast and then up the east side of Puget Sound.
I do wish that we had more state parks along our coast, but there is too much privately owned and N.P. ownership of beaches.. We do have only three major rv friendly parks. Cape Disappointment,Grayland and Ocean Beaches. Twin Harbors and Bogachiel are mostly tents and it is really difficult to get into Pacific Beach anytime of the year. All the N.P. cgs are no hookups.
The DW actually has said that she does want to try some dry camping,so as soon as I get the jacks and the gennie starter fixed, we're gonna head for Klaloch or somewhere else we can get the 40' MH into.
Besides who cares about a few bugs, I spent 9 months on a boat in S.E. Alaska and those mosquitoes didn't care about the size of the screening 'cuz they would just rip the screen doors off the hinges anyway.
