So...how many times is one expected to allow a dog of any size bite them before responding? How hard should one kick? What if that causes the dog to attack viciously? Makes it meaner? Who pays for the medical bills? Court costs? Court-ordered dog destruction fees?
And who needs the hassle?
Any person who brings such an animal to a public venue of any type is abusing anyone and everyone within striking distance or earshot, AND abusing the animal for permitting that kind of behavior. Surely, no sane person would suggest any person should be subject to such an attack ;)
