I might have been in the Ops campground at the same time (Quinsam ?), next to the kids and behind the dogs.
What was worse to me, was that hiker from Europe had his single burner propane stove stolen on Friday. It was on the table by his tent.
The sites are large here and well treed. A lot of campers rent Class C units, and the only way they can show a site is occupied is to leave chairs or a cooler. The park attendants don't come around early morning to collect fees for that day, so that is the only way to show a site is occupied.
At least the fire ban meant people went to sleep early, and there was little noise after dark.
