OP here. Very wrong my friend. It is about enjoying the night sky and the dark desert night. After dark, I like sit in outside in my chair in the dark. I like to sleep with all the shades up so I can see the stars and the moon. I don't like to look at bright multi colored lights.
In big organized campgrounds near urban areas, the outside lights don't bother me.
