I doubt you have a problem!!! Don't destroy anything looking - likely just the overfill tube from your fresh water tank. Often in the same vicinity as the exits of your low point drains. If you had a leak, and the fresh tank is full, then you'd have water showing up somewhere it doesn't belong already! ST
