It may be the "New RV'ing" for the extremely wealthy, but most of the rest of us get by with just plain old traveling without the need to label it as "Overlanding".
OTOH if they were truly "Overlanding" you'd never see them unless you were "Overlanding" also. Kind of like looking for backpackers at an campground. :)
