Oxygenics showerhead not working right

Bought a new Oxygenics showhead for my travel trailer a couple of years ago and loved it.
Traded for a new 5th wheel, just unscrewed showerhead and moved it to 5th wheel. Now its not giving me the forceful shower as before.
I have plenty of water, tried both city water and from tank, plenty of water comes out but no fine streams of pressure, its just like the old type head the way the water is coming out. Don't think there are any adjustments on this one.
I have checked for trash. Just can't figure why all the sudden it stops working at it should.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
  • Used OEM shower hose that was in 5th wheel?

Hoses have restrictors in them to cut flow.
  • Our Oxygenics shower head has a swivel that allows us to turn it down. Maybe it's not full on.
  • X2- the hose or faucet may have a different flow restrictor. In the past, I have drilled out the restrictor in some rv shower faucets to obtain a better flow.
  • Built in pressure restricter in the 5th ?? I had one in mine and the Oxygenics wouldn't work right. Took me two hours to find it buried in the basement. Works great now.

Yup, modern showers have flow restrictors MAY be in the mixing valve or at the head (Appears yours is in the mixing valve)

WARNING.. You can ruin a mixing valve trying to fix it.. THere is another thread in one of the forums I visit where a gentleman drilled his out and destroyed the vacuum breaker that is part of the valve. Result.. Water Water everywhere save.. Where he wanted it.
