According to the video at 17 seconds the couple had pulled off the side of the road. One thing that ticks me off is all the "experts" who always know all the facts when they have absolutely no clue and are so ready to condem someone that they know absolutely nothing about.
The moderators should lock this type thread after the very first post so it can be used only for actual information instead of pages of pure Bull S***.
