Like I said back on page 1, the facts at the scene do NOT support all the BS being said, or the OP in any way shape or form. There will be no other citation, as the vehicle was off the road as far as physically possible and the striking vehicle was NOT attentive to her driving. It happened just a few blocks from my residence and as a retired LEO, those are the fact I saw at the scene and the report from a friend on the local PD.
