Are we talking about the video, or something else you saw with your own two eyes? The orange paint in the video (and the debris field) indicate the vehicle was inside the fog line when struck.

Go ahead. You live over a thousand miles away. You tell the fellow that was there shortly after, saw the actual skid marks, and talked to the police officer exactly what REALLY happened. Same thing happened to me when I posted about a MH that caught fire. I took picts and posted them and talked to the lady that owned it but she knew so much less then those on RV.net who lived over a thousand miles away.
