What I am talking about is a truck pulling a travel trailer on Ten Mile Rd, where the woman from the truck was pinned under the trailer. The truck stopped because of equipment failure and when he pulled off, he was partially jackknifed to the left. He had pulled off as far as was feasible and when struck, the impact pushed the entire scene forward. There is much more I saw and I know, but it is an accident scene and that is all I am saying about the scene.
The driver of the truck complied with ALL driving laws of Idaho and the woman who struck the trailer was in violation of more than one vehicle or driving law in the state of Idaho. There is still a court order pending, for some additional information.
