If they are working - If the car is so equipped - what of the truck and trailer being moved unknown feet not under their own power, their could be all kinds of skid marks and the video was a news broadcast not an evidentiary video which would probably show all skid marks. We weren't there so how could we know anything factual so it is a thread mostly full of opinion and conjecture which means absolutely nothing. Drive safe and keep your eyes on the road and drive defensively.
