inattentive driving?
Does that mean she was texting or talking on the phone or tuning in the radio?
That leads me to believe that the citing officer had probable cause that she should have seen and been able to stop her vehicle in time to avoid the crash.
I've never heard that charge, but it sounds like a good one. I might have some sympathy for her if she came around a blind turn or something. We have plenty of those here.
I agree, no brainer to stop in the traffic lane.
