Park Model RV insurance

So after visiting the Hershey RV show ( wow) we decided if we purchase a lot we love the idea of a park model vs a travel trailer. After talking to the sales folks, it seems they are technically an rv and can be insured as such. Does anyone have a park model in Florida and what type of insurance do you have? ( rv vs homeowners) Our current rv in a community in Maryland is insured by rv insurance ( it is a travel trailer that is set up full time) but that company does not insure in Florida.
