Violation, or disregarding of this single Rule, Suggestion, Idea, or what ever, is probably the reason for most deaths or injuries involving wild animals in our National Parks and Forests.
There are generally, signs around most of these parks, to the effect of, Caution, Stay X # of feet/yards away from animals, I have never seen a sign saying this is a petting zoo, yet people are seen routinely treating them as if they were.
Some of these animals can kill you, some will eat you after they kill you.:R
Nah, just an efficient means of natural selection without any of the human concerns about liability or pain and suffering or litigation....
Problem is, not enough of the animals actually kill the idiot who isn't smarter than an ungulate or reptile and for some reason, then other humans expend their energy to help the idiot.
