I volunteer with the Corps of Engineers at Table Rock Lake so I speak from personal experience. I can tell you that NONE of the park rangers was happy the day they had to go out to the parks to let people know they had to leave. One even stated, "I have to go out and ruin people's vacations." If there were any way to avoid it, they certainly would have.
